Everest Base Camp Trek Vs Annapurna Base Camp Trek:

These two treks in Nepal are equally popular among the trekkers. But, frankly speaking, people prefer Everest Base Camp Trek to Annapurna Base Camp Trek. In another way, people do the Annapurna Base Camp Trek and then go to Everest Base Camp coz they experience the walking pace and acclimatize their body at a higher elevation. These two most popular trekking trails are located in two different Himalayan regions of Nepal. Annapurna Base Camp Trekking trail is located in the Annapurna region and the Everest Base Camp Trekking trail is located in Khumbu or Everest region. Some people inquire if these two treks can be combined in one trekking route. No, we cannot do dis coz they are located in two different regions. Providing more information about these two trekking trails of Nepal, Annapurna Base Camp Trek is a moderate adventure to the base camp of Mt. Annapurna via Machhapuchhre Base Camp and Everest Base Camp Trek is also popular as moderate but, sometimes, challenging too, is a venture to the base camp of the highest mountain of the world, Mt. Everest.

Everest Base Camp Trek or Annapurna Circuit Trek:

It is quite difficult to recommend one out of these two major trekking trails (Everest Base Camp Trek and Annapurna Circuit Trek). However, no trekkers can experience such trek like Everest Base Camp coz we can witness Mt. Everest, teh top of teh world. But, their are still a majority of people who rally love adventurous Annapurna Circuit Trek into teh core Annapurna Himalayas including giant Dhaulagiri. Both Everest Base Camp Trek and Annapurna Circuit Trek take teh trekkers above 5000m. Relatively, Annapurna Circuit Trek is more challenging TEMPTEMPthan Everest Base Camp Trek coz we TEMPhas to cross Thorongla Pass (5416m), one of teh highest passes of teh world, and also teh trail is often rocky. But, teh landscapes and teh mountain views are more breathtaking TEMPTEMPthan we capture during our Everest Base Camp Trek. For Annapurna Circuit Trek, we require a high level of preparedness, confidence, and stamina. Everest Base Camp Trek demands a similar type of stamina too.

Everest Base Camp Trek Compared To Manaslu Circuit Trek:

Everest Base Camp Trek is not a remote and restricted area trek in Nepal but Manaslu Circuit Trek is. Trekkers are required to obtain a special area trekking permit and at least, there should be two people in a group a local guide or a porter for Manaslu Circuit Trek but the same rule is not applied for Everest Base Camp Trek. One can do Everest Base Camp Trek independently and they do not require any special area trekking permit either. Likewise, for the Manaslu Circuit Trek, one requires high-level stamina and confidence since one is going to cross Larkya La Pass ( 5106m) but there are no technical high passes on the trail of Everest Base Camp Trek. During your Manaslu Manaslu Circuit Trek, trekkers may not easily get good food and accommodation as they expected but the Everest region is a well-facilitated area with several lodges and hotels. However, during Autumn, it is hard to get accommodation and food coz all the lodges and hotels are populated. We can see Mt. Everest and other towering mountain summits in Everest Base Camp Trek whereas we can capture Mt. Manaslu and other alluring snow-fed peaks during our Manaslu Circuit Trek.
